All Industry Marketing for Cinema (AIM) Committee (no weblink)
AIM exists to increase and broaden the audience for cinema through national, generic and industry-wide promotion. Partnered by BAFTA, Cinema Exhibitors Association, Film Education and the Film Distributors Association, they currently work with mobile phone service provider Orange to encourage more people to come to the cinema through two-for-one ticket offers and mobile content.

British Federation of Film Societies (BFFS)
The BFFS is the national agency for the development and support of the film society and community cinema movement in the UK which offers a wide range of services and resources dedicated to the needs of community cinemas.

British Kinematograph Sound & Television Society (BKSTS)
The BKSTS focuses on Technical aspects of film and post-production. The BKSTS runs seminars and training courses on subjects such as film projection, colour science, special effects and digital technologies.

British Screen Advisory Council
An independent advisory body to government and policymakers at national and European level and to the audiovisual industry. It brings together the widest possible range of UK interests, experience and contacts in the  screen industries. Members include senior management from terrestrial, satellite and cable television, telecommunications and new media companies; international film producers and distributors, cinema exhibitors, video distributors, technical experts, business people with media interests, media lawyers, communications consultants, TV producers and trade unionists; and the heads of training and trade organisations.

British Society of Cinematographers
The British Society of Cinematographers is an educational, social and professional organisation whose prime objective is to promote and encourage the highest standards in the art and craft of cinematography.

British Video Association
Represents, promotes and protects the collective rights of its members whom produce and/or distribute multi-format home entertainment units for rental or sale to the public.

Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematography and Theatre Union (BEC)
The Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematography and Theatre Union is the independent trade union for those working in broadcasting, film, theatre, entertainment, leisure, interactive media and allied areas. 

Cinema Exhibitors Association (CEA)
The CEA is a membership association representing the interests of UK cinema owners.

Directors UK
Directors UK is the collecting society which represents British film and television directors. It collects and distributes money due to directors as compensation for the exploitation of their work. The Society is also a campaigning organisation, working to establish and protect directors’ rights in the UK and abroad. It works closely with the Directors’ Guild of Great Britain (DGGB) and the Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph and Theatre Union (BECTU) to improve the conditions and terms under which directors are employed.

Directors Guild of Great Britain and Director's Guild Trust
The Directors Guild Trust and the Directors Guild of Great Britain work together to promote and support directing across all media: film, television, theatre, radio, opera, commercials, music videos, corporate film, multimedia and new technology.

Film Distributors Association
Membership includes all the major distributors. It promotes and protects its members interests and collaborates with all other film organisations and with Government where distribution interests are involved.

Pact is the UK trade association that represents and promotes the commercial interests of independent feature film, television, children's and animation media companies.

The Production Guild
The Production Guild is the key UK association representing production executives and production accountants engaged in major feature film and television drama production. We actively seek to improve our members’ employment and development opportunities across domestic feature film and television drama; while providing our members with information and advice on current legal, financial and commercial developments within the US, UK and European production environments.

UK Screen Association
UK Screen Association is the trade body which represents and promotes over 140 service companies working in film, commercials and television in the UK.

Screened Music is an exclusive network of composers who specialise in writing music for screen. Auditioned by a panel of industry experts, composers profiled here are among the most gifted in the UK. The network is open to media professionals around the world, providing direct access to a fresh pool of talent that is growing every day.

Shooting People
Shooting People is a UK based international Filmmaking community dedicated to help filmmakers, actors, writers, producers, editors, animators and crew in independent film.

Stellar Network
Stella Network is a membership-based organization connecting the UK’s film, theatre, and television professionals. Offering members a unique programme of social, development, and interactive opportunities, Stellar actively supports and energises the UK’s community of creative talent.

Women in Film And Television
Women in Film and Television UK (WFTV) is a membership association open  to women with at least one year's professional experience in the television, film and/or digital media industries. It champions women's achievements in the industry and safeguards their interests, as well as providing a network of contacts and a forum for discussion.

Writers Guild of Great Britain
The Writers Guild agreements set the minimum terms and conditions for TV, film, radio, book and theatre work. They offer members a contract vetting system and advise writers on copyright and credits.
